About Kerrie

For years, I lived on the diet rollercoaster.

Counting, restricting, starting over on Monday -  only to fall into guilt, shame, and frustration when I “failed” yet again.

I thought if I just tried harder, prayed harder, pushed harder, I could finally get control over food and my body. But no matter how much discipline I mustered, it always slipped away. The cycle left me drained, isolated, and convinced something was wrong with me.

The turning point came when I realized the problem wasn’t my body -  and it wasn’t a lack of willpower. The real problem was the battle itself. God never designed me to live in constant war with food and my body.

When I began to see my body as an ally, not an enemy, everything shifted. I invited God into my relationship with food. I stopped punishing myself with rigid rules. I started listening with compassion instead of criticism. And for the first time in my life, I felt peace.

That peace created space for change. Food lost its grip on me. My body responded with steadier energy, natural weight loss, and a joy I thought I’d lost forever.

Now, I teach other women what I learned: freedom doesn’t come from control. It comes from partnership. From peace. From living in alignment with the way God designed us to thrive.
