I’m Kerrie, a life coach, nutrition specialist, and the creator of the Body Ally™ Movement and the Freedom with Body & Food™ program, a faith- and science-based approach designed to help women stop obsessing over food, rebuild trust with their bodies, and feel confident, calm, and free.
